The challenge

NBR wanted to reduce its dependence on third-party technology suppliers by building advanced skills inside its own teams.

What we delivered

A programme of five advanced courses: Java programming, database systems, network administration, systems security and software quality assurance, delivered by Mango's engineering and training team.

The outcome

On 12 December 2023, certificates of achievement were awarded to 18 NBR officials who completed the programme, part of NBR's drive for technical self-sufficiency.
